TENNESSEE Residents Only | $17/hr. Weekly Pay & Benefits | ? Full-Time, M–F (Any 8-hr shift between 8 AM–10 PM EST)

What You’ll Do:

Perform High Volume outbound calls completing Benefits investigations.

Verify insurance, billing, and medical information with accuracy.

Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage.

Handle inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
-
1 year of RECENT call center experience (required – no exceptions!)
-
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits (plus!)
-
Strong attention to detail & accuracy
-
Comfortable meeting performance metrics (KPIs)
-
A quiet, distraction-free home office setup
-
High-speed wired internet (hotspots not accepted)

Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills

High School Diploma or equivalent
